UNDP, PIRMCCM’s Principle Recipient (PR) of the Multi-Country Western Pacific (MWP) Malaria and HIV/TB grants, has recently formalised a change in management of the MWP Pacific Programme.
PIRMCCM would like to offer its sincere thanks and bid farewell to Ms Maisoon Bukhari, who has held the position of MWP Programme Manager for the past two years. Ms Bukhari has been influential in achieving outstanding grant ratings of programme performance for both Malaria and HIV/TB grants, and has consistently displayed an unyielding commitment to tackling the three diseases in the Pacific.
PIRMCCM welcomes UNDP’s new MWP Pacific Programme Manager, Ms Anna Chernyshova, who brings 13 years of experience in managing Global Fund grants in Kyrgyzstan, Belarus and at the UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub. Prior to her appointment at the UNDP Pacific Office, Ms Chernyshova served as Programme Manager for the Global Fund Multi-Country South Asia HIV Programme, and has extensive knowledge of Global Fund grant life cycles from initial grant negotiation, implementation and capacity development, to continued funding requests and grant closure.
