The PIRMCCM is represented on the Global Fund Board through the Western Pacific Region (WPR) Constituency, a clustering of 22-developing countries in the Asia & Pacific region.
The PIRMCCM therefore constitutes 50% of the WPR members.
The WPR member to the GF Board is the PIRMCCM Chairperson while the alternate is the member from Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
Current representatives complete their tenure in 2016 and elections for new representatives are currently underway.
